  1. SCI-FI + ROMANCE/ REALISTIC FICTION + ROMANCE
1.I ALWAYS LIKE A ROMANCE BOOK, BUT SCI-FI MAKES SOMETHING HAPPEN DIFFERENTLY
    TWILIGHT, THE HOST
2.AS WELL AS ROMANCE, THE REALISTIC FICTION BOOKS MAKE IT SOUND LIKE IT CAN ACTUALLY HAPPEN, WHICH MAKES IT MORE EXCITING

  5. Hi, I am currently reading a book called Dog Star. Its really interesting and at the same time really different. The genre is science fiction. I LOVE the Harry Potter films, they are mysterious and magical. They pull you into the screen and make you want to know more by using cunfusing riddles throughout the movie.

  6. I like comedy, there's nothing like a good laugh. Some films that I like are Old Dogs, Get Smart and some older ones like the National Lampoon's series.

  7. Isabella, I agree that there's nothing better than a film or book that uses riddles to pull you into a wonderful story. My husband and I love crime fiction shows such as "Taggart" and 'Silent Witness" because we love to try to solve the riddles.

Hudson, I've never heard of 'Old Dogs'...but, I think I'll check it out. Thanks for the recommendation!

She then encounters a series of problems, but you will have to waite until you hear my book review to find out moore. Another book i would reccomend would be The Dog Who Loved a Queen. It is seat ageas ago when Mary gueen of Scots was in a time of trouble. I would reccomend that you borrow this book from the school library i have sean it in there. For everyone yho likes shows like "home &away" "Neaghbours and all that stuff i would reccomend a book named Angel Cakes it is a beaytifil romanc about Boys,Rats, and fitting in. I also like many moore books. BUT all you who like twilight i have one question HOW CAN YOU READ THAT STUFF!!!!!!

  45. Isabella, definitely read the "Twilight' novels before viewing the films!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Awesome contribution, Darcy. I read the 'Twilight' series mainly because many of the kids I taught were raving about it. I think it's so popular with females because of the romance...BUT...there are some concepts that make me quite cross (such as Edward's stalking of Bella and Bella's clumsy helplessness). I am just delighted that kids are reading!

  47. Ok guys...we have to help Brad find a book (not "Twilight"!!) that will captivate him. Over to you! Any suggestions?

Copycats, I agree. "Remember the Titans" is a truly inspirational film. I love films that are based on real events.

Paige, your comment shows great insight!

But still a story anyone who likes mystery and adventure.

I think maybe the artimus fowl books for brad, I haven't got around to reading them yet but all the people who i've talked to about them have loved them. Also percy jackson and the lightning theif i know its now a movie but the book is a great novel and a timewaster ( in a good way).I disagree with lots of people about the james bond series i couldn't watch 5 minutes of it, I went and did my homework!!
